Biographie de l'auteur :
Kym McConnell has been competing in extreme events for nearly 20 years. He has run an extreme marathon on every continent including ultra-distance races in the Himalayas, Amazon, Antarctica and Sahara. Kym has also competed in various multi-disciplinary competitions including a 39th placing in the World Multisport Championships (a 243km run/cycle/kayak race which traverses the Southern Alps of New Zealand). His latest success was completing the North Face Ultra Trail in August 06 in France.
